Okay, I realized that some of the readers are interested to know more about the Daragon Fan Fiction Writers. So, I emailed and PMed some of the writers and asked them several questions. First all, the questions I gave them are all from YGS and so, credit goes to them. So far, only 4 writers responded and I thank them for being so cooperative.
I like to try comedy with romance fic. I haven't really try it since my fic are more serious with romance in it. I'd really want to try writing that kind of fic but I don't think I have what it takes to write comedy fics.
What kind of story ideas do you have sketched down, whether you will complete them or not?
Well, I have three fics currently in progress though I haven't post them yet. They're more leaning onto the drama and tragedy category with romance in them. Sort of typical fics out there.
Do you prefer writing Gasoo or Non-gasoo fics? (Singers, or non-singers)
Hmmm, good question. It actually depends on the idea I have in mind. Usually, I based the characters (celebrity or not) on the idea I have for the fic. If some celebrity fit the character then most likely I'll use gasoo if not then I'll use some fictional character.
What's easier to write? (Angsty scenes, funny scenes, love scenes, rated scenes)
Hmmm, I guess I'll go with angst though not hardcore. OR romantics scences not rated ones. I find it REALLY HARD writing and reading those types. T.T
Do you always use the same gasoos? Why or why not?
So far, yes. I've been using DaraGon for most of my fics. And TabiSan for another but I might eventually change it. >.<>
Just like the question of the chicken and the egg, which come first? The completion of the whole fanfic or the story title?
Story title first then completion of the fic. I tend to write out the summary and the prologue first then the title for the fic. After all those then I'll start writing the chapters and evetually completing the fic.
Where do you get inspiration to write? Do you listen to music? Go stare at the sky for inspiration?
Most of my one shots and one on-going fic are inspired by songs. Though in some circumstances the idea just came into my mind at the most random times. I'm weird that way. XD
One-shots/ Short-stories: How do you write them? In a sitting and one go or you divide the portions up?
All my one shots were written in one sitting. If I don't do so, the idea will just probably be forgotten even before I finish the one shot.
Which P.O.V is easier to write in?
I like to write using the POVs of the characters in my fic. I find it easier to write and express the character's feelings that way. I tried writing in third person's POV but I feel uncomfortable with it. T.T'
Fanfic characters that are memorable/touched you?
Hmmm, I have a lot since I love to read different stories. Most likely it depends on the story itself and how it progressed. I find some unusual characters memorable as long as they did something in the story that left a mark in me. Hihi.
