okay, i know i haven't updated the fan fic index here for a long time, but at least, the one in YGL is really updated...so, i advise you to just go there...
and...honestly, i stopped reading Daragon Fics... why?? for one, my favorite writers are on hiatus too... and, two, i feel guilty reading those fics because i can't seem to find time to update my own fics. yes, i know, i'm crazy for writing 4 ongoing fics... but, i'm inspired to write...but then...like i said, i can't seem to find time to write whatever is in my mind...
[as some of you know, i'm a pre-med student and this is our make or break semester. I've been dragging myself to school everyday because i'm still sleepy because of too much studying the night before... NAH... totally not true...haha...that's because i don't study at all... but, that doesn't mean i'm a bad student... i don't study...but i write all my lab reports and papers...so, there's my excuse...]
the third reason why i stopped writing is because... err... no new fics caught my attention. i'm not saying that the writers suck...what i'm trying to say is... the stories are not interesting enough... [that's just my opinion okay...]
but...i can't leave without fan fictions...i'm a certified fan fiction addict...and i'll die if i won't be able to read a fic...so, i searched for good fics in soompi... believe me, my dear applers... there are a few soompi fics that are actually really good. the story is not the usual teeny-bopper lovey-dovey story i seem to encounter every single day... they're not the usual girl-meets-boy-and-they-fell-in-love story... i mean, i'm going to puke because of all the cliches... [no, i'm not against cliche... i know that cliches are there for a reason, but please, let's not use it all the time...enough is enough!]
every time i read all those stories, all i could think about is Rihanna's song TAKE A BOW... because most writers write these days are like RERUNS... and...i wanna ask you this, WHAT ELSE IS ON???
i mean, we can be more original than that right?? i know, there's no such thing as original nowadays, but please, let's take the road which is not usually taken...let's avoid the usual stuff... i mean, come on... we're more creative than this!
anyway...i don't want to rant anymore...i think i said enough...before i end this, let me share the trailer of the fan fic that caught my heart... this isn't daragon, but i assure you, it's worth the eye strains...
